• Ensure mall compliance with top-management operational directions with strategic impact on cost, income and profits.
• Monitor strategies to enhance property values, amenities, utilities, security, and related operations.
• Monitor occupancy and maintain positive relationships with tenants.
• Ensure mall compliance with standards and policies affecting tenant management.
• Ensure compliance with internal, external and environmental requirements.
• Ensure accurate, timely data and reports for mall operations performance.
• Oversee recruitment, management, and development of mall staff.
• Act as SME in training program development and implementation.
