The role demands 7–10 years in sales management, planning and operations, with a BS/BA in Management or Business Administration; strong communication and negotiation skills are essential. This is a full-time position within SM Prime Holdings’ mall network.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years managerial experience in sales management, planning, and operations.
• BS/BA in Management, Business Administration, Marketing or related business field; master's degree is a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
