Job summary

Team Global Facility Solutions Inc. is seeking an experienced engineering manager to oversee operations, maintenance, and technical services across multiple facilities in Metro Manila.

You will lead engineering teams, develop preventive maintenance programs, and monitor building systems to ensure reliability and safety.

The role requires coordinating with clients, property managers, and contractors, and providing strategic direction and regular reports on performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall engineering operations, maintenance, and technical services across assigned facilities or accounts.
• Lead, manage, and supervise engineering teams, supervisors, and technical personnel.
• Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs to ensure reliable facility operations.
• Monitor the performance and condition of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and other building systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, engineering regulations, company policies, and client requirements.
• Manage engineering manpower, budgets, materials, tools, equipment, and maintenance resources.
• Coordinate with clients, property managers, contractors, suppliers, and internal departments on engineering concerns.
• Review technical reports, maintenance records, inspection findings, and operational performance.
• Lead troubleshooting and resolution of major equipment breakdowns and technical issues.
• Conduct regular site inspections and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and facility reliability.
• Provide technical guidance and strategic direction to engineering teams and recommend process improvements.
• Prepare management reports and provide updates on engineering operations, maintenance activities, and key concerns.
