Job summary

Grab is seeking an Operations Specialist focused on data, analytics and process improvement to attract, recruit, and onboard drivers for the Grab/MoveIt platform. You will design and execute projects, standardize workflows, and collaborate with ops, marketing, and marketplace teams to optimize the onboarding experience.

The role emphasizes programming across languages, strategic thinking, problem solving, and attention to detail to scale operations and improve acquisition efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or similar field.
• 2+ years in automation or data analytics.
• 2+ years in supply chain, project management or process improvement.
• Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and Python.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Project Management and Documentation: develop plans, manage execution and document changes.
• Cross-functional collaboration with department heads and stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Automation of Manual Processes: design and deploy software solutions to automate workflows.
• Data Analytics: create dashboards and analyze data to measure impact of changes.
• Process Improvement: evaluate processes, implement improvements, and track results.
