Job summary

Dover Business Services seeks a Manager of OpCo Continuous Improvement to lead and deliver cross-functional CI initiatives across global OpCos. The role requires guiding projects through governance, identifying risks, and delivering measurable value while coordinating with DBS, IT, and OpCo stakeholders.

The candidate should have strong communication, a results orientation, and experience driving change without direct authority in a matrixed setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Analytics, or a related field that supports analytical, financial, and operational problem-solving.
• 7+ years of professional experience, with increasing responsibility and demonstrated accountability for outcomes.
• 3–5+ years leading continuous improvement, operational excellence, or transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Owning end-to-end improvement initiatives (from problem definition through sustained results).
• Working cross-functionally in matrixed environments.
• Driving change and adoption without direct authority.
• Translating strategic objectives into executable work at the operational level.
