Dover Business Services (DBS) is seeking a Chief/CI Manager to lead continuous improvement initiatives across OpCos, driving governance and disciplined execution. The role involves coordinating multi‑functional teams globally to deliver measurable business value.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in process improvement, Lean Six Sigma exposure, and strong cross‑functional leadership to sustain momentum and adoption of changes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Analytics, or a related field.
• 7+ years of professional experience with increasing responsibility and outcomes accountability.
• 3–5+ years leading continuous improvement, operational excellence, or transformation initiatives.
• Experience owning end-to-end improvement initiatives from problem definition through sustained results.
• Working cross-functionally in matrixed environments and driving change without direct authority.
• Lean Six Sigma training and project/change management training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Owning end‑to‑end improvement initiatives from problem definition through sustained results.
• Establishing and sustaining execution cadence, governance, and momentum.
• Proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and misalignment; escalating issues early with clear impact.
• Coordinating execution across DBS, IT, and OpCo stakeholders to deliver value.
• Maintaining linkage between execution activity and intended business value.
