Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a field that supports analytical and operational problem-solving.
• 7+ years of professional experience with increasing responsibility.
• 3–5+ years leading continuous improvement or transformation initiatives.
• Experience owning end-to-end improvement initiatives in cross-functional settings.
• Lean, Six Sigma or equivalent training preferred; PMP/Prosci preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own execution of OpCo initiatives and oversee related projects through governance and discipline.
• Establish and sustain execution cadence, governance, and momentum.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and misalignment proactively.
• Escalate issues early with clear impact and recommended paths forward.
• Manage multiple global stakeholders and collaborate toward tangible results.
• Drive decisions and manage cross-functional dependencies.
• Coordinate execution across DBS, IT, and OpCo stakeholders.
• Maintain linkage between activity and intended business value.
