Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Analytics, or related field.
• 7+ years of professional experience with increasing responsibility.
• 3–5+ years leading continuous improvement, operational excellence, or transformation initiatives.
• Own end-to-end improvement initiatives from problem definition through sustained results.
• Work cross-functionally in matrixed environments and drive change without direct authority.
• Lean Six Sigma training (Yellow/Green/Black Belt) or equivalent preferred.
• Project or change management training (PMP/Prosci) preferred.

• Own execution of assigned OpCo initiatives and oversight of related projects.
• Establish execution cadence, governance, and momentum.
