Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of professional experience with increasing responsibility.
• 3–5+ years leading continuous improvement or transformation initiatives.
• Experience owning end-to-end improvement initiatives and translating objectives into executable work.

• Own execution of OpCo initiatives and oversee projects through governance and disciplined execution.
• Establish governance cadence and momentum; proactively identify risks and dependencies.
• Escalate issues early with clear impact and recommended paths forward.
• Coordinate execution across DBS, IT, and OpCo stakeholders to deliver business value.
