Job summary

foodpanda, part of the Delivery Hero Group, seeks a Process Specialist, Order to Cash (O2C) to join the O2C Projects and Processes team in the Philippines. The role reports to Head, O2C Projects and Process.

Your mission includes creating SOPs, designing O2C processes, enabling revenue capture, ensuring accurate billing, and coordinating UATs with the Pandora Product Deployment team across markets. You will engage with finance and regional teams to drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Accountancy or related field.
• At least 5 years in Order To Cash / process management.
• At least 1 year in project/product management.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and compliance.
• Experience with Salesforce, SAP, SQL, Google Data Studio or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Create and update SOPs and detailed task plans to align O2C processes.
• Collaborate with commercial teams to develop revenue opportunities.
• Own O2C process design and ensure accurate revenue capture and billing.
• Gate changes with the O2C blueprint and align with Service Delivery.
• Coordinate UAT readiness with Pandora Product Deployment for new initiatives.
• Support billing triage and ticket handling for P&T enhancements.
• Document guidelines and SOPs for new systems and rollouts.
• Execute testing and assist with system/process deployments.
• Collaborate with local and regional finance to address questions.
• Handle ad-hoc finance tasks and initiatives as needed.
