Job summary

Encora Inc. is seeking a Software Engineer to design, implement, and maintain secure software solutions. You will collaborate with frontend and backend teams, contribute in architecture discussions, and support deployment and monitoring in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in IT Industry.
• Domain experience within Invest areas (i.e. Stocks, Crypto and Funds) for bank or Fintech.
• Hands‑on experience/knowledge with TDD, OOP, FP and software design patterns.
• Familiar with Amazon Web Services / Cloud.
• Good exposure in CI/CD adoption.
• Strong NODE tech stack – 4 years required.

Responsibilities

• Design, execution, deployment, monitoring and maintaining software engineering applications.
• Active participation in Code Reviews and production deployments.
• Take project requirements and map them to technical design.
• Actively participate in architecture design teams as a key contributor to product definition and future implementation planning; work closely with frontend and other backend development teams to ensure the platform is built to support their needs.
• Work closely with service engineering (SRE) teams to ensure platform is built with scalability and ease of deployment and maintenance.
• Build reusable APIs for internal and external use.
• Documentation of standard practices adopted in the platform.
• Team building activities and helping with recruitment.
