Job summary

Encora Inc. is seeking a Software Engineer to design, implement, and maintain secure software solutions. You will collaborate with frontend and backend teams, contribute in architecture discussions, and support deployment and monitoring in a hybrid environment.

The role emphasizes reusable APIs, code reviews, and platform scalability. The position requires hands-on experience with TDD, OOP, FP, AWS, and CI/CD, along with a strong Node.js background for the stated 4+ years.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in IT Industry.
• Domain experience within Invest areas (i.e. Stocks, Crypto and Funds) for bank or Fintech.
• Hands‑on experience/knowledge with TDD, OOP, FP and software design patterns.
• Familiar with Amazon Web Services / Cloud.
• Good exposure in CI/CD adoption.
• Strong NODE tech stack – 4 years required.
