Work Arrangement: Onsite in Clark, Pampanga
Shift Schedule: Thursday - Sunday (4x11, Weekend Coverage) 11:00 PM - 10:00 AM
The Senior NOC Engineer is responsible for providing advanced technical support and incident resolution for IT infrastructure, end-user devices, and enterprise applications. This role ensures operational continuity by handling escalated issues from Level 1, collaborating with senior engineers, and maintaining system health across multiple platforms. The position also supports compliance with ISO27001:2022 standards, data privacy regulations, and requires strong communication skills for customer interaction and vendor coordination. Occasional travel using company-provided logistics (two-wheel or four-wheel vehicles) may be required to support nearby clients.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Incident handling:
- Resolved escalated tickets from Level 1 and Level 2 within SLA
- Trouble Shoots & Repair issues (High Level)
- Windows OS (dekstop/laptop)
- Apple devices
- Linux devices
- Mobile devices and tablets
- Audio/visual systems
- Microsoft 365 suite (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Dynamcis, Engage etc)
- Cloud platforms (Azure, O365, AWS, SaaS, PaaS, IaaS)
- Networking & Infrastructure: Firewalls, Layer 2 / 3 switches, Wi-Fi Systems
- Telephony / IPBX systems
- Security systems: Door access, CCTV, RFID
- Printing solutions: MFC printers and related technologies
Customer and Vendor Interaction:
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, or in-person for technical assistance.
- Coordinate with vendors for escalations, warranty claims, and procurement.
Monitoring and Maintenance:
- Monitor network and health systems using RMM tools and ticketing systems
- Manage backups and ensure data integrity
- Maintain cybersecurity posture through AV/EDR solutions and compliance checks.
Compliance and Governance
- Ensure adherence to ISO27001:2002 standards and maintain accreditation requirements.
- Support internal audits and/or assessments for compliance and security.
- Follow ITIL-based incident, problem, and change management processes.
Inventory and Facilities
- Track and manage IT inventory (hardware, peripherals, licenses).
- Assist with workstation customization and IT equipment setup
- Support minor facilities-related IT tasks as needed.
Continuous skills upgrade:
- Maintain certifications and stay updated on:
- Microsoft technologies (MCSA, MS-900, AZ104)
- Networking fundamentals (CompTIA Network+, CCNA)
- Cybersecurity basics (CompTIA Security+, EDR tools)
- Cloud and RMM platforms
- Complete company-mandated certifications within agreed timelines
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree i IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Technical expertise: Windows OS, Microsoft 365, cloud systems, AV/EDR, backup technologies, networking, telephony, security systems, printing solutions.
- Tools: Ticketing systems, RMM platforms, AI-based triage tools
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, teamwork, problem-solving
- Certifications: Microsoft Certified Fundamentals/Associate, CompTIA Network+/Security+ ITIL Foundation (preferred)
