Job summary

Savills Philippines is seeking a Network Admin to safeguard and optimize our Clark-based operations. You will monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide frontline support to keep systems running smoothly for tenants and staff.

You will manage and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, and security patches, document incidents and changes, and coordinate with vendors. A Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT and at least 1 year of relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology.
• At least 1 year of experience in the related field.
• Willing to work on site and on shifting schedule.
• Amenable to work six (6) days a week.

Responsibilities

• Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Manage and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, system upgrades, and security patching.
• Respond to network incidents and security threats while implementing and maintaining security controls.
• Maintain accurate network documentation, incident records, performance reports, and change management activities.
• Lead, coach, and monitor NOC team performance while ensuring effective communication and coordination across stakeholders.
• Manage access card issuance, inventory, tenant records, and other administrative requirements.
• Coordinate with vendors and third-party providers and support the implementation of new network services.
• Prepare shift schedules and ensure efficient day-to-day NOC operations.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, service delivery, and facility standards.
• Participate in company meetings, training programs, and professional development activities.
