Job summary

ECI is seeking a Senior Network Security Engineer to join our global team. You will provide support to clients worldwide, troubleshoot complex network issues across Cisco, Palo Alto, Meraki, Fortinet, and VPN technologies, and lead network projects from design through implementation.

The role requires 8+ years in network support, CCIE or equivalent certification, and strong communication skills. This position is based in Manila with onsite requirements and a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education.
• Must have at least 8 years of experience in network support and delivering network projects.
• CCIE certification or training equivalent.
• Hands-on experience with Palo Alto, Cisco Meraki, Cisco ISR and Catalyst switches, SonicWall, and FortiGate networking equipment.
• Proven experience troubleshooting and resolving complex network issues in routing, switching, VPN, wireless, certificates, and network performance.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support to clients across the globe.
• Troubleshoot/resolve complex issues related to routing, switching, VPN, wireless, and firewall technologies.
• Collaborate with teams to resolve cases requiring specialized expertise.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of requests.
• Plan, execute, and oversee network projects from initiation to completion.
• Lead network design strategies and outline scope of work for client projects.
