Job summary

Trends Group, Inc. is seeking a Senior Technology Engineer to implement, support, and manage network and security infrastructure.

Configurations, deployment documentation, and troubleshooting of hardware/software are core tasks, with flexibility for onsite or remote work. The role requires at least 2 years leading network implementations, familiarity with Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco Firepower, and Checkpoint, and CCNA certification.

Qualifications

• 4-year IT-related degree required.
• 2+ years of related experience in leading network implementations or lead support.

Responsibilities

• Implementation and post-sales activities.
• Project implementation of Network and Security devices.
• Provide consultation and phone/email/onsite technical support.
• Coordinate with Project Manager and SDM on project plans.
• Act as technical lead to ensure project completion on schedule.
• Lead technical discussions with customers and teams.
• Update and close service desk cases efficiently.
• Acquire training and certifications related to assigned products.
• Attend client meetings and conduct POC when needed.
• Create reports and low-level design documents.
• Maintain 24x7 standby availability for incident support; on-call rotation.
• Mentor peers and develop SME in assigned products.
