Job summary

Tasq Work in Alabang, Philippines seeks a senior network operations leader to manage a Cisco-centric team onsite. Primary duties include mentoring engineers, ensuring SLA adherence, and driving high-availability enterprise networks during US business hours with 24x7 coverage. A strong background in Cisco routing/switching, CCNA/CCNP, and ITIL governance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Network Administration, IT, CS or related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in network operations in enterprise environments.
• Proven leadership or people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor network engineers; provide guidance and escalation support.
• Oversee configuration, troubleshooting and maintenance of enterprise Cisco networks.
• Own audits; ensure security controls and patch management are in place.
• Monitor network performance and prepare capacity/availability reports.
• Drive ITIL-based incident, change, and DR governance.
