Job summary

TASQ is seeking an experienced Network Operations Leader to oversee and mentor a team of engineers responsible for Cisco-based enterprise networks. You will guide incident resolution, performance reviews, and client interactions, ensuring high SLA adherence.

The role requires a strong hands-on background with Cisco routing/switching, VPNs, and security appliances, plus leadership experience in a demanding enterprise setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or related field.
• 10+ years in network operations with enterprise exposure.
• Experience leading teams or people management.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of network engineers supporting Cisco infrastructure.
• Provide technical guidance, performance oversight, and escalation support.
• Manage ongoing engagement with internal teams, vendors, and client stakeholders.
• Ensure high service quality, SLA adherence, and effective issue resolution.
• Oversee configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of enterprise network infrastructure.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Cisco routing and switching.
• Experience with Cisco ASA, Firepower, IPS, routers & switches, and Cisco AnyConnect.
• Knowledge of Proxy infrastructure and Checkpoint firewall management.
• Own and manage audits and security compliance across networks.
• Monitor network performance and prepare capacity/availability reports.
• Drive ITIL processes including incident/change/capacity/vendor management.
