Job summary

Calltek is seeking a skilled Network Engineer (T3) to maintain and enhance our network infrastructure, serving clients efficiently. You will tackle complex networking challenges, provide expert support, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement robust network solutions.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in CS/IT, 3–5 years in network engineering, strong knowledge of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, and experience with Cisco devices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 3-5 years of network engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF.
• Experience configuring Cisco devices.
• CCNA/CCNP certifications desirable.
• Knowledge of network security is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain network equipment for performance and security.
• Troubleshoot network issues and provide expert-level support.
• Monitor network performance with tools to preemptively address issues.
• Collaborate with IT teams on network-related projects.
• Document configurations, incidents, and procedures for reference and compliance.
• Participate in capacity planning and recommend upgrades.
• Stay updated on trends and mentor junior engineers.
