What is your mission?
Design, implement, maintain, and optimize enterprise network infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.
Configure, manage, and troubleshoot routing and switching technologies across LAN, WAN, WLAN, and data center environments.
Administer and support network devices including routers, switches, firewalls, wireless controllers, and access points from vendors such as Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, Palo Alto, and Aruba.
Manage and maintain Cisco and Aruba wireless infrastructure, including wireless controllers, access points, RF optimization, and wireless security.
Monitor network performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to improve reliability and efficiency.
Lead and execute network-related projects, including network upgrades, migrations, deployments, and infrastructure expansion initiatives.
Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis for network incidents, ensuring timely resolution and minimal business impact.
Develop and maintain network architecture diagrams, technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and configuration records.
Implement and enforce network security best practices, including firewall policies, access controls, VPNs, and network segmentation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and service providers to support business and operational requirements.
Evaluate emerging networking technologies and provide recommendations for infrastructure improvements and modernization.
Participate in capacity planning, disaster recovery planning, and business continuity initiatives.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior network engineers and operations personnel.
Ensure compliance with organizational standards, security policies, and industry best practices.
Who are we looking for?
Completed at least 2 years in college, or a graduate of BS Electronics and Communications Engineering degree, Computer Engineering, IT or its equivalent.
At least 3-5 years of hands-on network engineering experience in an enterprise environment.
Advanced knowledge of network devices and network architecture.
Deep understanding of routing, switching, and network protocols.
Experience with enterprise networking platforms such as Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, and Palo Alto.
Advanced knowledge of Cisco and Aruba wireless controllers and access points.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Ability to work independently on large-scale network projects.
Preferably CCNA or CCNP certified.
Preferably with BPO experience.
Willing to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends as needed.
