Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of related experience in network engineering, or 6 years with no degree.
• Healthcare knowledge or data privacy awareness is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize daily work to meet project and incident SLAs.
• Provide training and mentoring to peers and colleagues.
• Evaluate technical solutions for enterprise-wide deployments.
• Engage in tier 2 and 3 troubleshooting for deployed services.
• Operate, service, troubleshoot, and administer datacenter networking platforms.
• Support WAN, data center, and virtualization platforms.
• Document policies, standards, and knowledge base articles.
