Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in network engineering with complex problem solving.
• Solid understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF) and related technologies.
• Experience configuring and troubleshooting network devices, especially Cisco or similar vendors.
• Familiarity with network monitoring tools and best practices.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA or CCNP are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain network equipment to ensure performance and security.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues with expert-level support.
• Monitor network performance using various tools and address issues proactively.
• Collaborate with IT teams on network-related projects and enhancements.
• Document network configurations, incidents, and procedures for reference and compliance.
• Participate in capacity planning and recommend network upgrades as needed.
• Stay updated with industry trends and new networking technologies.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior network engineers.
