Job summary

Calltek is seeking a Network Engineer (T3) to design, configure, and maintain complex network infrastructure in Cebu City. You will troubleshoot advanced issues, monitor performance, and collaborate with multiple IT teams to implement secure, scalable solutions.

You will mentor junior engineers, document configurations, and participate in capacity planning to drive network upgrades. A CCNA/CCNP is desirable, with 3–5 years of related experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
• 3–5 years of network engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain network equipment for performance and security.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and provide expert support.
• Monitor network performance with tools to address problems proactively.
• Collaborate with IT teams on network projects.
• Document configurations and incidents for audits and compliance.
• Mentor junior engineers.
