Job summary

ATI Inc. in Metro Manila is seeking an experienced Senior Network Engineer to manage Cisco routing protocols (OSPF/BGP) and Palo Alto firewalls, while designing and optimizing LAN/WAN and wireless architectures.

You will troubleshoot complex network issues, implement changes per incident and problem management, and provide guidance to junior engineers. On-call support, strong communication, and cross-team collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of relevant experience in network operations, network administration, or a similar role.
• CCNP, PCNSE or equivalent certifications preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in complex network environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage Cisco networking with OSPF/BGP and Palo Alto Firewalls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Familiarity with Akamai Guardicore, micro-segmentation technologies, and SD-WAN solutions.

Leadership & Team Support

• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior network engineers.
• Serve as a senior technical escalation resource for complex network issues.
• Provide technical continuity and support for the network team during the absence or unavailability of the designated network lead.
• Support knowledge transfer and coordinate with relevant technical teams, stakeholders, and vendors as required.

Experience & General Requirements

• 3–5+ years of relevant experience in network operations, network administration, network engineering, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in complex network environments.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Willingness to provide on-call support outside regular business hours when required.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNP, PCNSE, or equivalent are preferred.
