Qualifications

We're looking for an experienced Senior Network Engineer to join our team and play a key role in designing, securing, optimizing, and supporting enterprise network infrastructure that powers business operations across multiple locations and network domains.

What You'll Do

Design & Support Enterprise Networks

• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise LAN, WAN, WLAN, and SD-WAN environments.
• Support Layer 2 and Layer 3 network infrastructure across multiple sites.
• Configure and troubleshoot advanced routing protocols including BGP.
• Participate in network upgrades, migrations, and modernization projects.
• Develop technical documentation, architecture standards, and operational procedures.

Ensure Network Reliability & Performance

• Provide Tier 2/3 support for complex network incidents and critical outages.
• Perform root cause analysis and drive permanent corrective actions.
• Monitor network health, capacity, availability, and performance.
• Ensure optimal operation of enterprise routing, switching, wireless, and security platforms.

Strengthen Network Security

• Implement and manage network security solutions including Palo Alto and Cisco Firewalls.
• Configure and support VPN solutions for secure connectivity.
• Manage network access control technologies using Cisco ISE.
• Partner closely with cybersecurity teams to identify and mitigate security risks.
• Support security audits, compliance requirements, and best practices.

Lead Infrastructure Initiatives

• Own technical delivery of network projects from planning through implementation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and service providers.
• Provide technical guidance and knowledge sharing within the team.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and technology enhancements.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on Network Engineering experience in enterprise environments.
• Strong experience supporting large-scale, mission-critical network infrastructures.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
