Job summary

Emapta Philippines seeks an L1.5-L2 MSP Engineer to troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Azure AD, Intune, Windows Server, LAN/WAN, and VPN. Hybrid work setup in Ortigas with a sign-on bonus and broad technical exposure.

You will engage in remote and on-site support, maintain client networks, and contribute to documentation and training under mentorship. Strong English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 1 year MSP or IT service delivery experience across multiple client environments.
• Hands-on administration of Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Azure AD, Intune.
• Strong troubleshooting of Windows Server, AD, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy.
• Networking across LAN, WAN, VPN, routing, switching.
• Experience with FortiGate/Meraki firewalls and related tools.
• Backup/DR platforms such as Veeam or Datto experience preferred.
• Excellent English communication and documentation skills.
• Certs such as AZ-104, MCSA, Fortinet NSE, or CompTIA Network+ are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve DHCP/DNS/AD issues independently; escalate when needed.
• Provide remote and onsite support for M365, Windows Server, Azure AD, Intune.
• Maintain client network infrastructure including FortiGate/Meraki devices.
• Handle escalated requests and meet service-level targets.
• Oversee backups and recovery processes to protect client data.
• Perform patching, upgrades, and routine maintenance.
• Keep clients updated with clear progress and resolutions.
• Create and update technical documentation and procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of MSP or IT service delivery experience, supporting multiple client or business technology environments
• Hands-on experience administering and troubleshooting Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Azure Active Directory/Microsoft Entra ID, and Intune
• Strong troubleshooting capability across Windows Server, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, and Group Policy
• Solid networking knowledge with hands-on troubleshooting of LAN, WAN, VPN, routing, and switching
• Experience supporting FortiGate, Meraki, or comparable firewall and network technologies
• Familiarity with backup and disaster recovery platforms such as Veeam or Datto
• Strong technical troubleshooting, customer service, documentation, and English communication skills
• Certifications such as AZ-104, MCSA, Fortinet NSE, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent are advantageous

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve issues involving DHCP, DNS, Group Policy, and Active Directory, handling advanced incidents independently while supporting intermediate-level cases with guidance when needed.
• Deliver remote and onsite technical support across Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Azure Active Directory, and Microsoft Intune environments.
• Maintain and support client network infrastructure, including FortiGate and Meraki firewalls, switches, and VPN connectivity.
• Handle escalated service requests from the support team and progress incidents within agreed service-level targets.
• Oversee backup platforms and recovery processes to help protect client data and maintain restoration readiness.
• Complete patching, software upgrades, preventive checks, and other routine system maintenance activities.
• Keep clients informed throughout the support process by providing clear, timely updates until resolution.
• Prepare and update technical documentation, standard procedures, and client environment records.
