Emapta Philippines is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to design, deploy, and manage hybrid Azure and on-premises infrastructure supporting global operations.

You will lead Windows Server, M365, Azure AD, and security deployments, drive automation with PowerShell, and collaborate across HR, vendors, and leaders while enjoying Day 1 HMO, night differential, and numerous learning perks.

The Qualifications We Seek

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience
• At least 3 years of progressively responsible Systems or Infrastructure Engineering experience in enterprise environments
• Proven experience as a senior escalation point for complex Windows infrastructure, workstation, and Microsoft 365 issues
• Strong Windows Server administration skills, including Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and hybrid identity management
• Hands-on administration of Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Azure Active Directory, Security, and Compliance)
• Strong Azure administration experience covering identity, security, networking, storage, backup, and Azure AD Connect
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation for Windows Server, Azure, and Microsoft 365
• Solid knowledge of identity and access management, including Azure AD, SAML SSO, RBAC, and Conditional Access
• Experience managing hybrid on-premises and cloud infrastructure, VMware (preferred), and enterprise networking fundamentals
• Knowledge of Exchange Online mail flow, email security, spam filtering, phishing protection, and Microsoft Defender
• Experience implementing Microsoft Security & Compliance solutions, including DLP, Retention Policies, eDiscovery, Threat Protection, and Incident Response
• Microsoft Intune administration (AutoPilot, Configuration, and Compliance Policies) is highly preferred
• Linux administration and Bash scripting experience is an advantage
• Familiarity with PCI-DSS, GDPR, and ISO compliance standards
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, stakeholder management, and multitasking skills in fast-paced environments

Your Daily Tasks

• Design, deploy, and manage enterprise IT infrastructure across on-premises and Azure cloud environments, including servers, networks, and storage
• Monitor system health, performance, availability, and security while troubleshooting complex infrastructure, network, and Level 3 support issues
• Perform capacity planning, configure Azure services and cloud networking, and optimize infrastructure to support business needs
• Develop PowerShell automation to improve operational efficiency and streamline system administration
• Apply security patches and enforce enterprise architecture, IT governance, change management, and compliance standards, including PCI-DSS, GDPR, ISO, DLP, and Data Retention
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, HR, business leaders, vendors, and solution providers to implement new technologies and infrastructure enhancements
• Maintain technical documentation, conduct root cause analysis, and support disaster recovery, backup solutions, and business continuity
• Maintain 99.9% or higher system uptime, meet SLA targets for incident response and change management, and ensure accurate infrastructure documentation for production transitions
