GECO Asia Pte Ltd is seeking a Network Administrator - Project Management in Alabang, Muntinlupa, Philippines. You will drive end-to-end enterprise network projects, collaborating with Global Network Engineering, Security, Cloud, and IT operations to ensure successful implementations and transitions.
You will manage scope, schedules, risks, and vendor relationships while delivering secure, scalable network solutions across WAN/LAN/WLAN and cloud connectivity.

About the Role:
In this role, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of enterprise network infrastructure projects across global and regional environments. You will serve as a key technical representative of Network & Communications Services, working closely with global network teams, security, cloud, infrastructure, IT operations, business stakeholders, vendors, and service providers.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end network infrastructure projects from planning and design through implementation, stabilization, and transition to operations.
Manage project scope, schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, changes, decisions, and escalations.
Translate business and technical requirements into project plans, implementation strategies, resource requirements, and acceptance criteria.
Review network designs, architecture standards, configurations, implementation procedures, test plans, and rollback strategies.
Coordinate with Global Network Engineering, Network Operations, Security, Cloud, Infrastructure, Service Desk, and local IT teams.
Lead projects involving WAN, LAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, Internet connectivity, data center networking, cloud connectivity, and network security.
Coordinate with telecommunications carriers, managed service providers, system integrators, and technology vendors.
Plan and manage network migrations, cutovers, deployments, technology refreshes, and service transitions with minimal business disruption.
Ensure network implementations comply with architecture, cybersecurity, change management, documentation, and operational support requirements.
Lead technical governance meetings, project reviews, status reporting, stakeholder discussions, and escalation meetings.
Ensure monitoring, alerting, capacity, documentation, knowledge transfer, and operational support requirements are completed before project handover.
Support vendor evaluation, technical assessments, quotations, procurement activities, contract execution, and budget planning.
Identify opportunities for network standardization, reliability, scalability, security, and operational efficiency improvements.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in enterprise networking, infrastructure services, or network administrator.
2+ years of experience leading network infrastructure projects, preferably in a global or regional environment.
Strong understanding of:
Enterprise routing and switching
TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, NAT, and QoS
VPN and network redundancy
WAN, LAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, MPLS, and Internet connectivity
Data center and hybrid network environments
Network security, segmentation, firewall integration, and secure connectivity
Experience with network migration, technology refresh, carrier migration, office deployment, consolidation, or service-transition projects.
Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and/or Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud connectivity.
Strong project management, risk management, change control, vendor management, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
CCNP Enterprise or equivalent professional-level networking certification is preferred.
PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent project management certification.
ITIL Foundation certification.
Experience with Cisco enterprise networking, SD-WAN, wireless, and network access control.
Experience with Palo Alto firewalls and enterprise network security solutions.
Exposure to Zabbix or other network monitoring/observability platforms.
Knowledge of ServiceNow or other ITSM/CMDB and change-management platforms.
Experience with network automation, scripting, APIs, and configuration management.
Experience with business continuity, disaster recovery, capacity planning, and infrastructure lifecycle management.
