You will lead a team, mentor staff, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align networking with project goals. The role requires strong English communication, willingness to travel for projects, and current vendor certifications

Qualifications

• 10+ years hands-on experience in enterprise network engineering.
• 2+ years leading a network engineering team.
• Extensive experience with Cisco/Juniper/Huawei networking technologies.
• Current Cisco/Juniper certification (e.g. CCNP, CISSP, PMP).
• Strong knowledge of routing protocols (TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, EIGRP).
• Experience with SD-WAN and cloud connectivity.

Responsibilities

• Provide complete lifecycle support for enterprise network assets.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, resolve hardware, software and network issues.
• Design and implement enterprise-wide network solutions.
• Lead large complex network transformation projects and migrations.
• Develop and maintain network security frameworks and policies.
• Create and maintain network documentation and procedures.
• Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation for critical issues.
• Mentor a team of network engineers and train staff.

CORE maintenance, configuration, troubleshoot. Performance analysis and enhancement. Network security. Systems integration. Strong communications skills in English, team player.
