Job summary

Gratitude Philippines is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to design, implement, monitor, and manage the network infrastructure across global teams. The role includes documenting configurations, managing installations, and maintaining systems as part of BAU and projects.

The candidate should have 10+ years of experience, a college degree, and proficiency with Infoblox DDI and standard network equipment. Hybrid work setup in Manila is required with 3-4 days on-site.

Qualifications

• College degree required.
• Minimum 10 years practical experience in end-to-end management and execution of network project infrastructure deployment including migration of applications.
• Designing and implementing new network solutions and/or improving the efficiency of current networks.
• Proven track record working with multinational teams.
• Demonstrated ability to handle complex technical issues and provide timely solutions.
• Strong ability to interact, communicate, and influence across levels.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, monitor and manage the network infrastructure; may include configuring new network installations and maintaining existing systems.
• Design and implement new network solutions and/or improve current networks.
• Install, configure and support network equipment including Infoblox DDI, routers, switches.
• Manage incident/change/problem processes for global WAN/LAN and security infrastructure.
• Lead high-priority incident resolution with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure end-to-end root cause analysis and regular production issue reporting.
