Job summary

Trends Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Network Infrastructure professional to monitor and support data centers, including DR and affiliate sites.

You will install, configure, and test diverse infra components—network, compute, storage, security, telephony, cabling, and surveillance—to meet SLA expectations and quality standards. The role requires at least 3 years in data center environments, a degree in IT/CS, and CCNA or equivalent certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or CS with focus on network or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of solid experience in network infrastructure and data center management.
• CCNA or equivalent certification is an advantage.
• Familiarity with IT fundamentals, routing and switching, wireless tech, DNS/DHCP, IPsec VPN, Cisco ISE, WAF, SDWAN, ISMS/ISO standards, ITIL.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support TGI data centers, including disaster recovery sites and affiliate sites.
• Install, configure, deploy and test infrastructure and data center equipment (network, compute, storage, security, telephony, cabling, surveillance).
• Respond to incidents and service requests per defined processes and SLAs.
• Provide remote and on-site support for infrastructure projects and operations.
• Maintain records and ensure documents are updated regularly.
• Provide regular activity reports to leads and management.
• Participate in BCP/DR testing and audits.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 standards.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitoring and support of TGI data centers, including disaster recovery sites and affiliate sites
• Perform installation, configuration, deployment and testing of infrastructure and data center equipment, including but not limited to network, compute, storage, security, telephony, cabling and surveillance systems
• Respond to incidents and service requests, aligned with defined support processes and service level agreements
• Remote and on-site support, as needed to assist assigned tasks related to infrastructure projects and operations
• Maintain records and ensure documents are updated regularly
• Provide regular activity reports to leads and as directed by management
• Attend to assigned and on-demand per shift tasks, providing a CIT presence to the organization
• Ensure tasks and activities are aligned with TGI Quality Management Systems (QMS - ISO 9001) and Information Security Management Systems (ISMS - ISO 27001), and related standards to be implemented
• Participate in BCP/DR disaster recovery testing
• Participate in internal and external audits

QUALIFICATIONS:

A. Minimum Education

Bachelor's Degree in IT or Computer Science with focus on network or equivalent

B. Minimum Experience/Training

• With at least three (3) years of solid experience in network infrastructure and datacenter management
• Network certification (CCNA and equivalent) or experience in a data center environment is an advantage
• Familiarity with the following:
