Job summary

SYSGEN RPO in the Philippines seeks an experienced production support engineer to maintain and troubleshoot critical .NET and SQL Server applications. The role involves incident resolution, data validation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

You will monitor, diagnose, and resolve production issues, write small utilities for automation, and ensure changes follow standard ITIL processes. EST overlap is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years of professional experience in technical development roles.
• Strong experience in C# / .NET / .NET Core.
• Good working knowledge of React.
• Good hands-on experience with SQL Server.
• Experience in production support, incident handling, and root cause analysis.
• Ability to write complex SQL queries and analyze data issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day production support for business-critical applications built on the .NET platform and SQL Server.
• Monitor application health, investigate production issues, and resolve within defined SLAs.
• Analyze incidents, troubleshoot failures, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Support debugging of .NET applications, APIs, web apps, and background jobs.
• Develop small .NET utilities for data fixes and automation as needed.
• Coordinate with development, QA, infrastructure, and business teams for incident resolution.
