• Experience designing and developing enterprise-grade web applications, APIs, integrations, and databases.

• Design and develop enterprise-grade web applications, APIs, integrations, and database solutions.
• Produce high-level and detailed technical designs for applications and integrations.
• Build scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions using modern development practices.
• Develop and support RESTful APIs, web services, and enterprise integrations.
• Act as a Level 3 support resource for complex production issues.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement long-term fixes to recurring problems.
• Develop patches, hotfixes, and enhancements to improve application stability and performance.
• Maintain troubleshooting knowledge bases and technical documentation.
• Participate in Scrum or Kanban ceremonies and collaborate with product owners, business analysts, QA teams, and stakeholders.

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Solutions Engineer to design, develop, enhance, and support enterprise applications that power critical business operations.

This role combines full-stack development, solution design, production support, and technical leadership. You'll work closely with Agile teams to build scalable applications, resolve complex issues, drive automation initiatives, and contribute to the adoption of modern technologies including AI-powered solutions.

What You’ll Do

Solution Design & Development

• Design and develop enterprise-grade web applications, APIs, integrations, and database solutions.
• Produce high-level and detailed technical designs for applications and integrations.
• Build scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions using modern development practices.
• Develop and support RESTful APIs, web services, and enterprise integrations.

Production Support & Problem Resolution

• Act as a Level 3 support resource for complex production issues.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement long-term fixes to recurring problems.
• Develop patches, hotfixes, and enhancements to improve application stability and performance.
• Maintain troubleshooting knowledge bases and technical documentation.

Agile Delivery

• Participate in Scrum or Kanban ceremonies and collaborate with product owners, business analysts, QA teams, and stakeholders.
• Support solution delivery from requirements gathering through deployment and maintenance.
• Contribute to sprint planning, backlog refinement, testing, and release activities.
• Explore emerging technologies and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Help build automation solutions using AI tools, chatbots, and modern digital technologies.
• Participate in research and innovation activities to improve delivery practices and operational efficiency.

Required Experience

• 5+ years of experience in application design, architecture, and development.
• 3+ years in a Senior Developer or Technical Lead capacity.
• Experience providing L3 production support and resolving critical application issues.
• Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum or Kanban).
