Job summary

APW Tech is seeking an experienced Senior Developer to join an Agile team delivering enterprise applications, digital solutions, and critical platforms. You will influence design, provide L3 production support, and drive innovation with AI-enabled automation and modern cloud tech.

You will lead architecture discussions, mentor teammates, and collaborate with Business Analysts, QA, and Product Owners to deliver robust business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in application design and development.
• At least 3 years of experience in a Senior Developer role.
• Experience providing L3 Production Support and implementing application hotfixes.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban).

We are seeking an experienced Senior Developer to join a high-performing Agile team responsible for delivering and supporting enterprise applications, digital solutions, and business-critical platforms.

This role goes beyond development. You'll be involved in solution design, production support, system enhancements, technical leadership, and innovation initiatives, including the use of AI-powered tools, automation, and modern cloud technologies.

What You'll Do

Application Development & Solution Design

• Design, develop, enhance, and support enterprise-grade web applications and services.

• Create high-level and detailed technical designs, including application architecture, integrations, APIs, and database components.

• Develop secure, scalable, and high-quality code using modern development practices.

• Participate in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from requirements analysis through deployment and support.

Production Support & Technical Leadership

• Act as a Level 3 (L3) support resource for complex application issues and production incidents.

• Conduct root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions to improve system stability.

• Support hotfixes, troubleshooting, and performance optimization initiatives.

• Mentor developers and contribute to knowledge sharing across the team.

Agile Delivery

• Participate in Scrum or Kanban ceremonies, including:

  • Sprint Planning

  • Backlog Grooming

  • Daily Stand-Ups

  • Sprint Reviews

  • Retrospectives

• Collaborate with Business Analysts, QA Engineers, Product Owners, and stakeholders to deliver business value.

Innovation & Automation
