Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, SE, or related field; Masters preferred.
• 6+ years of software development in enterprise/finance/insurance systems.
• Hands-on with Spring Boot, .NET Core, React, Angular, or Node.js.
• Strong REST, microservices, system design, and security knowledge.
• Experience with Azure/AWS, Docker/Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
• Familiar with Git and agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers, analysts, QA, DevOps, and other developers to ensure end-to-end quality delivery.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers.

• Participate in sprint planning, story estimation, and agile ceremonies.
• Contribute to technical documentation, design patterns, and knowledge sharing across the team.

Qualifications:
