Job summary

Citco is seeking an experienced Senior Fund Administrator in the Philippines to join our Real Assets team. You will manage NAV calculations for a portfolio of hedge funds and coordinate reviews with senior leadership.

The role requires 8+ years in accounting for financial services, IFRS/US GAAP knowledge, and strong leadership to supervise staff across locations. A hybrid schedule onsite three days per week with offices in Makati or Alabang is available.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
8+ years’ experience in accounting for the financial services sector, particularly Real Estate, Asset Management or Fund Administration.
Knowledge of IFRS and / or USGAAP is an added advantage.
Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English (both verbal and written).
Motivated, bright and diligent individual who is driven to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

Calculate NAV for hedge funds and review NAV calculations, financial statements, and reports.
Review and sign-off on payments and other transactions.
Coordinate KPI/KRI reporting and client deliverables for the team.
Identify staffing/training needs to efficiently manage pipeline and engage stakeholders for hiring.
