Job summary

CITCO INTERNATIONAL SUPPORT SERVICES LIMITED-PHILIPPINE ROHQ is seeking a seasoned Fund Accountant to maintain books, calculate NAVs, and prepare financial statements for sophisticated private equity funds. You will supervise junior staff, review complex calculations, and interact with clients and investors to ensure accurate reporting and timely responses.

The role requires IFRS/US GAAP knowledge, 6+ years in financial services, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

6+ years of accounting experience in financial services, Private Equity, Asset Management or Fund Administration.
Proficient in IFRS and/or US GAAP and in preparing general ledger and financial statements.
Strong communication, client relationship and supervisory abilities.

Responsibilities

Maintain books and records and calculate fund Net Asset Values.
Coordinate and review financial statements and monthly/quarterly reports.
Review calculations of carried interest, performance and incentive fees.
Coordinate investor allocations for capital calls, distributions and equalizations.
Supervise junior staff and sign off on work performed.
Serve as day-to-day primary contact with clients and fund participants.
Collaborate with Investor Relations to address investor queries and notices.
Monitor compliance with Service Level Agreements and other client agreements.
