Job summary

Willis Towers Watson is seeking a Natural Resources Manager in the Philippines to lead day-to-day client servicing for power, utilities, renewables, oil and gas, mining, and related infrastructure. You will collaborate with regional specialists to provide integrated insurance and risk advisory solutions, and drive renewal strategy, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement.

The role requires managing lifecycle servicing, ensuring contract certainty, and maintaining high-quality documentation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Significant experience in insurance broking, underwriting or corporate client servicing for mid to large corporate accounts.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end servicing and account delivery for assigned corporate clients, ensuring SLA adherence.
• Coordinate renewal and placement with insurer partners to structure P&C programs.
• Manage Natural Resources accounts across power, utilities, renewables, oil & gas, mining, and infrastructure.
