Qualifications

• Experience in business development, sales, market management or key account management in energy, infrastructure, or related sectors.
• Ability to manage relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Experience driving sales pipeline, orders, and revenue in a competitive market.
• Exposure to renewable energy and power sector with project-based sales experience.
• Experience working across cross-functional teams and coaching others (advantage).

Responsibilities

• Own and drive market-level sales performance in the Philippines across the Energy Systems portfolio.
• Develop and implement country market strategy aligned with regional/global priorities.
• Identify market opportunities, regulatory developments, and competitive dynamics.
• Manage sales funnel with high-quality opportunities and timely conversions.
• Collaborate across Business Areas to drive up-selling by mobilising DNV’s capabilities.
• Build relationships with customers, regulators and industry stakeholders.
• Act as project sponsor for key or complex projects, ensuring delivery quality and customer satisfaction.
