WTW Philippines CRB seeks a Natural Resources Manager to lead day-to-day servicing for power and utilities, renewable energy, oil and gas, mining and metals, and related infrastructure clients. You will direct account delivery, shape servicing strategy, manage renewals and placements, and ensure contract certainty and SLAs while coordinating with internal specialists and insurer partners.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and extensive experience in corporate client servicing or insurance brokerage.
• Proven leadership of cross-functional teams and renewal/placement processes for complex accounts.
• Strong knowledge of P&C products, risk transfer and placement strategies.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end servicing and account delivery for assigned corporate clients.
• Coordinate renewal and placement strategies with internal and insurer partners.
• Maintain client understanding of business risk history and insurance requirements.
• Manage documentation timelines, contract certainty, and governance.
• Drive cross-sell opportunities and client retention through stewardship and QBRs.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver integrated risk advisory solutions.
