Job summary

Marsh Risk Consulting in the Philippines seeks an experienced advisor to join our Climate & Sustainability practice and lead high‑quality advisory projects for accelerating climate and sustainability risks.

You will split time between growing the practice locally and supporting regional projects across Asia Pacific, delivering across three pillars: physical risk, transition risk, and sustainability disclosures.

Qualifications

• Degree in business, environmental science or management, engineering or other academic field relevant to sustainability.
• 5-10 years relevant experience in catastrophe risk or climate change - position will match level of experience.
• Proven experience in building a consulting pipeline and business development, preferably in the Philippines.
• Awareness and experience in the concepts and application of relevant international frameworks e.g. ISSB/ IFRS / PFRS, GRI, SASB, ISO14001, GHG Principles, SBTi, TCFD
• The ability to provide professional advice to clients in developing and adjusting project approaches, methodology and tools to guide risk programs and initiatives

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements with excellent standards of quality and relationship management.
• Work with other subject matter experts and junior consultants to deliver services across all three pillars such as catastrophe risk modelling, climate risk identification, scenario analysis, transition planning, adaptation, and reporting aligned to ISSB.
• Originating and/or supporting the development of thought-leadership and engagement across Marsh Risk Asia to develop novel insurance and risk management products.
