Job summary

Goodman Tech BPO OPC in the Philippines is seeking a senior MSP delivery lead with 5+ years managing multiple client environments in a PSA/RMM-driven MSP. You own end-to-end infrastructure, cloud and network deployments, and serve as the final escalation for service desk—on-prem and Azure.

You will mentor engineers, drive documented build processes, deliver defined scoping, and ensure projects meet committed completion dates with clear written plans.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in an MSP with multi-client environments across stacks.
• Experience leading production cutovers you personally led.
• Experience inside a PSA every day with service and project boards.

Responsibilities

• Own infrastructure, cloud and network projects end to end across multiple clients.
• Act as the top escalation point for L1 and L2 engineers and take ownership of what they cannot close.
• Walk into undocumented environments and provide a defensible risk picture.
• Direct onsite technicians remotely with safe, written instructions.
• Produce technical scoping detail for others to write commercial scope from.
• Mentor engineers and spread knowledge to prevent bottlenecks.
