MicroSourcing is seeking a Senior MNS Quoting Specialist in BGC, Taguig, Philippines. This onsite, dayshift role leads MNS quoting, procurement, and related operations to deliver exceptional customer experience and operational efficiency.

You will manage multi-function teams, coordinate with Sales and Product, and drive end-to-end order management, billing, and contract administration to ensure timely revenue recognition.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in ICT service delivery, operations, and quoting management.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and multiple streams (procurement, quoting, project admin).
• Strong project and contract management with billing/revenue assurance; ERP familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee MNS quoting, procurement, and operations to ensure customer success.
• Provide day-to-day leadership to ICT Analysts and MNS Quoting Specialists.
• Oversee end-to-end procurement processes for ICT products and services.
• Supervise MNS quoting, align pricing with Sales and Product teams.
• Manage project accounts, contracts, billing milestones, and order-to-cash.
• Monitor KPIs like order cycle time and SLA achievement.

Your Role

Lead and oversee three critical functions within ICT service delivery and quoting operations: Managed Network Services (MNS) Quoting, Procurement and Operations. This role ensures seamless coordination across order processing, operational support, and quoting activities to deliver exceptional customer experience and operational efficiency.

As a Senior MNS Quoting Specialist, You Will

Leadership & Team Management

• Provide strategic direction and day-to-day leadership to ICT Procurement Analysts, ICT Operations Analysts, and MNS Quoting Specialists.
• Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Operational Excellence

• Oversee end-to-end Procurement processes, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of ICT products and services.
• Manage operational workflows, troubleshoot escalations, and ensure compliance with SLAs and regulatory requirements.

Quoting & Commercial Support

• Supervise the MNS quoting function, ensuring accurate, competitive, and timely quotes for managed network services.
• Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to align pricing strategies and customer requirements.

Project, Contract & Revenue Management

• Manage project accounts and baselines within SLA, supporting Project Managers throughout the lifecycle.
• Oversee contract administration, including changes, variations, closures, and billing milestones to ensure timely revenue recognition.
• Own end-to-end order management: create and monitor sales orders/contracts, coordinate invoicing, credits, and SAP material setup.
• Ensure accurate reconciliation and billing of monthly fixed contracts, product, and maintenance milestones using data from multiple systems.
• Collaborate with sales and finance teams to streamline order-to-cash processes and resolve escalations promptly.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Act as the primary escalation point for internal teams, vendors, and customers.
• Maintain strong communication channels with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and transparency.

Continuous Improvement

• Identify process gaps and implement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce lead times, and improve customer satisfaction.
• Drive automation and best practices across fulfilment, operations, and quoting functions.

Reporting & Governance

• Monitor KPIs across all three functions (e.g., order cycle time, SLA achievement, quote turnaround).
• Provide regular performance reports and insights to senior leadership.

What You Need

Non-negotiables

• 3-5+ years of experience in ICT service delivery, operations, and quoting management.
• Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple operational streams (procurement, quoting, and project administration).
• Strong background in project and contract management, including billing and revenue assurance.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems for order and contract management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder relationships across sales, finance, vendors, and customers.
• Exposure to telecommunications products and managed network services.

Preferred Skills/expertise

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and order management tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement capabilities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
