• Training or certifications in IT Service Management, Infrastructure, or Cybersecurity.

Responsibilities

• Perform network and security administration tasks including monitoring, troubleshooting, incident handling, and security control implementation.
• Maintain documentation, configuration records, asset information, RCA preparation, CAB support, and MOP creation.
• Support continuous improvement through knowledge management, process compliance, teamwork, client coordination, and completing assigned tasks.
