Job summary

TeleCure Medical and Diagnostic Center is seeking a Senior Midwife to provide comprehensive maternal, reproductive, newborn, and family planning services across our clinic and onsite operations. The role includes care from antenatal to postpartum, with a focus on continuity of care and documentation under DOH and PhilHealth programs.

The Senior Midwife will mentor junior staff, help implement clinical protocols, and ensure safe, coordinated care within TeleCure’s licensed capabilities.

Qualifications

• Education: Diploma in Midwifery or Bachelor of Science in Midwifery with PRC license.
• Experience: Substantial clinical experience in antenatal, delivery, postpartum and newborn care; senior-level experience preferred.
• Licenses & Certifications: Midwife with a valid PRC license.
• Technical Skills: Knowledge of PhilHealth maternity/YAKAP workflows, ANCR, PPCR, EMR documentation, and care coordination.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive antenatal, labor, delivery, postpartum, newborn care and family planning services.
• Coordinate maternal care across TeleCure clinics and onsite operations to ensure appropriate sequence of consultations and diagnostics.
• Mentor junior staff and ensure compliance with clinical protocols and documentation.
• Perform or assist authorized ultrasound and maternal diagnostic procedures where trained and credentialed.
• Coordinate with physicians, diagnostic facilities, birthing facilities, hospitals, and PhilHealth personnel for continuity of care.
