Qualifications

• Registered Midwife with valid PRC license.
• Requires basic computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, email).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and record vital signs of patients.
• Ensure proper documentation of patient charts and clinical records.
• Assist in patient registration, scheduling, and appointment coordination.
• Maintain and update patient records (manual or electronic).
• Prepare medical forms, reports, and referral documents.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, laboratory, and billing staff.
• Handle basic front-desk concerns and patient inquiries.
• Assist in inventory monitoring of medical and office supplies.
• Support billing, insurance documentation, and compliance requirements.
• Perform other clerical and administrative tasks as assigned.
