Job summary
ScalableOS in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Microsoft Modern Work Engineer to design and deliver Microsoft 365 migrations, hybrid identity projects, and endpoint modernization in production environments.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of hands-on experience across Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Entra ID, and Intune, with a proven track record leading migration initiatives and tenant consolidations in customer engagements.
Qualifications
- 5+ years hands-on experience with Microsoft Modern Work solutions.
- Strong experience with Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Entra ID, Intune.
- Experience leading migration and modernization projects in hybrid environments.
- Customer-facing MSP/consulting experience preferred.
- English communication skills required.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize Microsoft Modern Work solutions.
- Administer and support Microsoft 365 services.
- Configure and manage CA, MFA, and endpoint security.
- Lead migration and tenant-to-tenant migrations.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring.
- Create runbooks and implementation guides.
