Job summary

SCALABLE OS CORP. in Makati, Philippines, seeks an experienced Microsoft Modern Work Engineer to design and deliver Microsoft 365 migrations, hybrid identity, and endpoint modernization across client environments.

You will work hands-on on production deployments, tenant consolidations, and hybrid-to-cloud migrations. You will administer Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Entra ID, Intune, and Defender; use PowerShell for automation; mentor junior engineers; and create runbooks

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Microsoft Modern Work experience.
• Experience with Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams.
• Hybrid environments with AD, Entra ID, Conditional Access.
• Experience with 365 migrations and tenant migrations.
• Strong troubleshooting and solution design skills.
• PowerShell for administration and automation.
• Ability to lead technical workstreams independently.
• Strong English communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, maintain, and optimize Microsoft Modern Work solutions across client environments.
• Administer and support Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams, Entra ID, and Intune.
• Configure and manage Conditional Access, MFA, identity governance, device compliance, application deployment, and endpoint security solutions.
• Implement and support Microsoft Defender and Microsoft Security solutions.
• Utilize PowerShell for automation, reporting, configuration management, and operational efficiency.
• Support and maintain hybrid Microsoft environments integrating Active Directory with Microsoft Entra ID.
• Configure and troubleshoot Entra Connect Sync.
• Lead or participate in migration projects involving Windows file share migrations to SharePoint Online, personal drive migrations to OneDrive for Business, Exchange Server to Exchange Online migrations, and Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migrations.
• Provide advanced technical escalation support for complex Microsoft Modern Work technologies and conduct root cause analysis.
• Mentor junior engineers and develop technical documentation, migration runbooks, standards, and implementation guides.

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Modern Work Engineer with a strong background in Microsoft 365 migrations, hybrid identity, endpoint modernization, and cloud transformation projects. This role requires a hands-on engineer who has successfully designed and delivered Microsoft Modern Work implementations, tenant consolidations, and hybrid-to-cloud migration projects in production environments.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, maintain, and optimize Microsoft Modern Work solutions across client environments.

About you

• 5+ years of hands-on experience supporting and implementing Microsoft Modern Work solutions.


• Strong experience with Microsoft Modern Work stack including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Intune, and Windows Autopilot.


• Strong experience supporting hybrid Microsoft environments including Exchange Server 2019/Subscription Edition, Windows Server platforms, Active Directory Domain Services, Group Policy, DNS, and Entra Connect Sync.


• Demonstrated experience delivering Microsoft 365 migration and modernization projects.


• Experience with Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migrations.


• Strong troubleshooting, solution design, and technical problem-solving skills.


• Hands-on PowerShell experience for administration and automation.


• Ability to independently lead technical workstreams and migration activities.


• Strong English communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
