Job summary

CyberOne is seeking a Microsoft 365 Consultant to lead architecture, migration leadership, and modern workplace strategy. You will design, govern, and deliver Microsoft 365 transformations, covering Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and Purview.

Qualifications

Proven background designing & leading Microsoft 365 migrations at scale.
Ability to produce HLDs, LLDs, runbooks, architecture diagrams and governance frameworks.
Strong expertise across the Microsoft 365 stack: Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams.
Deep understanding of hybrid identity, AAD Connect, Conditional Access, MFA & Zero Trust principles.

Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end architecture and roadmap for Microsoft 365 adoption.
Produce high-quality HLDs, LLDs, migration blueprints and technical governance documentation.
Define security, compliance, retention, data governance and lifecycle strategy in line with best practice.
Architect Microsoft identity and hybrid connectivity - Entra ID, Conditional Access, MFA, Zero Trust.
