Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking an IT Support Engineer / Systems Engineer (Level 3) for on-site work in Eastwood, Quezon City. You will escalate and resolve complex technical issues across client environments, with strong focus on Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and hybrid infrastructure.

You will also manage virtualized infrastructure (VMware/Hyper-V), support Windows Server and networking, and mentor junior engineers while improving processes and documentation.

Qualifications

• Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working within an MSP or multi-client environment.
• Strong experience administering and supporting Microsoft 365 environments.
• Solid knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory / Azure AD / Entra ID.
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, including DNS, DHCP, VPNs, firewalls, and domain management.

Responsibilities

• Act as the senior escalation point for complex issues across client environments.
• Troubleshoot and support advanced Microsoft 365 and hybrid environments.
• Manage and troubleshoot Azure AD / Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Intune / Endpoint Management.
• Support and maintain virtualized infrastructure using VMware and/or Hyper-V.
• Troubleshoot Windows Server, Active Directory, networking, VPNs, DNS, DHCP, and firewalls.
• Support cloud-first and hybrid client environments and assist with infrastructure improvement projects.
• Work directly with clients to resolve technical issues and provide guidance.
• Manage incidents end-to-end and drive timely resolution.
• Improve technical documentation, standards, and internal support processes.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical escalation support.
